*TITHE: Church Member Arrests Pastor For Refusing To Refund #900,000 Excess Sent In Error*
A church member has arrested his pastor for allegedly refusing to refund the sum of 900,000 after he sent one million naira to his account, by mistake, as tithe.
According to this man in a video that went viral, he said he wanted to send N100,000 to the pastor but mistakenly sent 1 million naira.
It was gathered that some armed Nigerian Policemen who identified themselves as “Police officers from the State CID” escorted the man who mistakenly sent the money to the pastor’s house.
“I brought them (Police) here because of the money I mistakenly transferred into your account. I was supposed to transfer a hundred thousand Naira, but I transferred One Million Naira, and since then, I have been asking you to refund me the Nine Hundred Thousand, and you (SIC) keep on telling me, go to God and collect your money, it’s a spiritual matter.”
