SIBLINGS: Four Of Us Went Blind In Secondary School – Unical Graduate.
Jonathan Echefu, who is a graduate of Political Science, University of Calabar, narrates how he and three of his siblings got blind while in secondary school.
Echefu disclosed reason he decided to start playing the keyboard to fend for himself after graduation, a skill he learnt from a friend of his who’s also blind.
Echefu also revealed various challenge he encountered with his wife’s family when he wanted to get married who disapproved of his marriage because of his sight. He buttressed his marital story that his wife’s insistence eventually made the marriage possible.
