It was a day to be remembered in the history of FIBAN in Osun, as the state capital received more eminent personalities from within and outside the state to witness the 2 in 1 event of the Osun State Chapter of Freelance and Independent Broadcasters’ Association of Nigeria (FIBAN).
The event, which was held on Wednesday in Osogbo to mark one year anniversary of the Dodoede led administration, and Fund Raising to build FIBAN State Secretariat also used for decorating the association Patron, Matron, Legal Adviser and Grand Patron.
Osun State Governor, Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola was represented by the state Commissioner for information and Civic Orientation, Mrs Olufunke Egbemode, while the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Ismail Omipidan, Hon Akanfe Atidade among other public office holders were in attendance.
Also, popular Fuji, Gospel and Isamic Musicians like Taye Currency, Ere-Asalatu and Adegbodu Twins performed live on stage respectively. Nollywood stars; Ojopagogo, Bobo-B, Ayo Wolewole, and comedians attended the event held at Atlantis Civic Centre, Nasfat Area, Ring Road Osogbo.
Members of FIBAN across Osun led by each chapel coordinator, state executive members, elders dine, wine and rejoiced for the journey so far.
