The Kwara State House of Assembly today debunked the claim of the Information Minister, Alhaji Lai Muhammed’s comment on playing a mojor role in funding the APC Kwara 2019 elections.
In a Press Conference held today at the NUJ Press center in Ilorin where the House Deputy Speaker, Honourable Raphael Olanrewaju led other twenty-nine parliamentarians to discribed Lai Muhammed’s statement as blantant lies, challenging him to point out how his contribution to the emergence of the parliamentarians and All Progressive Congress (APC) in the last election.
The 9th Kwara Assembly led by Honourable Yakub Danladi added that Kwara state will be participated in the upcoming party congresses across board with the support and directive of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazak.
It could be recalled that Lai Muhammed made comment on as a major stakeholder in the last election during the opening of another ApC secretariat in kwara sate.
