A Nigerian spiritual leader has sparked a buzz online with his claims that a man who shares towels and duvets with his wife will not succeed in life.
In his video that went viral on social media, this spiritual leader claimed that every man striving for success must avoid using the same towel and duvet with his wife.
Sharing his own belief, he asserted that, a man’s blessing will drain away if towels and duvets is not separated from the his wife.
He reiterated that both partners should have their own towels. He further explained that sharing towels, whether between spouses or friends, is risky. He urged men to always pack their own towel when traveling.
Speaking in Yoruba dialect, he said, ‘’Every man praying for progress in life must not share the towel and duvet with his wife. If you use the same towel or duvet with your wife, your blessings will keep depleting.”
“A man should have his own towel, while his wife is also to have his own towel. The sharing of towels between a man and his wife and even between friends is dangerous. If you are traveling, take your own towel along.”
“In your house, have your own towel, while your wife should have her own towel. It is bad for a man to use the same towel a woman uses to clean her body. It attracts retrogression for such men.”
