Daughter Alleged Father For Rape, Drags Him To Court.
A Nigerian father, identified as Alhaji Mashood of Olorunsogo area, Bode Saadu, Moro local Government Area of Kwara State, has been alleged and dragged to the Upper Àrea Court in the town by her daughter claiming to have been having rounds of sexual intercourse with her.
Mashood was dragged to court by his daughter, alleging him to have been having her canal experience for a long time despite being his biological daughter.
According to complainant, Simbiat Moshood, in a direct complaint, alleged that the accused had had several sexual intercourse with her followed by threat to jail or kill her if she attempt to exposed it to anybody.
Simbiat said, “The act has become perpetual habit of my father. Meanwhile, I am his only daughter and that is why my mother has refused to return home after the duo divorced”.
“My father’s second wife had once caught us in the act and do make jest of me and alleging ritualistic activity,”
Counsel to the accused, Barrister Toyin Onaolapo, prayed the court to grant his client bail.
It was reliably gathered that the Magistrate, Abdul Yekeen in his ruling on the matter, granted the accused bail and adjourned the case to April 15, 2024.
