…as over 5000 Osun residents benefit from AEF
Encomium from both eminent personalities who attended Kejebu 2.0 breakfast and about five thousand Osun State residents who benefited from the programme organized by the founder of Aaraj Empowerment Foundation (AEF), Engr. Raji Kehinde famously known as Aaraj on Saturday in Osogbo.
Our Correspondent who attends the event, reports that the former governor of Osun State and immediate past Minister of Interior of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola; Olororuwo of Ororuwo, Oba Kamarudeen Adeyemi Adeyanju; CEO of Pheobestar Royalty Schools, Group Captain Olusegun Fanu; Head of Osogbo Ratibi Imams, Alh Iliyas Afolabi Alawe and Hon Ayodele Adepoju among other important personalities commended AEF founder for attending to the less privileged people in the society.
In their separate remarks, Aregbesola who was represented by Hon Gbenga Akano, described Aaraj as a pillar of support who shared same vision with him in boosting the living conditions of the less privileged.
Olororuwo, Alawe and Afolabi also commended the AEF founder for coming out time to time to assist the poor across Osun.
Earlier, Aaraj officially unveiled 20 million naira for 400 beneficiaries; N500,000 naira for group of persons with disabilities in each each local government across Osun, graduation of trainees in different handiworks, sponsoring and obtaining school and JAMB forms for students.
Others include, 1000 beneficiaries from Osun Health Insurance Scheme (OHIS) under AEF, distribution of clothes to aged people, making over 2000 beneficiaries from AEF financial support in different capacity among other programmes to support the economy of Osun.
While speaking, the Osogbo born philanthropist and Civil Engineer, Aaraj stated that he has singlehandedly been empowering people for the past 11 years silently, but the time has come for the world to see the beautiful part of giving back to society.
He stated further that AEF foundation, which was established by God twelve years ago, has not approached anyone for funding and is not affiliated with any political groups. “They are being supported by God. Over 5000 people are here and I will keep supporting them by God’s grace,” Aaraj said.

The ‘Kejebu 2.0 breakfast’ event was planned specifically to help those who are struggling financially.
The Osun health insurance systems (OHIS) recipients were among the many people who benefited from the AEF.
Twenty million naira were presented to Osun Nano traders, and 400 people received 50,000 naira each from all of Osun’s local government.
Aaraj also provided 500 thousand naira to the people with special needs across local government. He covered the half a million naira WAEC expenses for special education pupils.
There was more than enough food for everyone in attendance for the breakfast which was arranged and well organised.
