*Alleged Fraud: Tinubu Sacks Four Top Govt Officials*
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reportedly suspended some top government functionaries for alleged misappropriation of funds.
According to Ahmad Salihijo Ahmad, the Managing Director/CEO of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and three Executive Directors of the agency were sacked over alleged fraudulent activities.
It was gathered from the source that President Tinubu ordered immediate effect of the suspension.
Meanwhile, the President has directed thorough investigation into the affairs of the affected four top government officials who are suspected of engaging in fraudulent spending totaling more than N1.2 billion in the last two years.
Two, among the three Executive Directors of the Agency that were suspended are:
