Southern states governors have agreed that the next president of Nigeria must come from the Southern region.
Meanwhile, they also at the meeting set September 21, 2021, as the deadline for the promulgation of anti-open grazing law among its member states.
They jointly agreed on the date during their meeting on Monday in Lagos.
